Course Details
TPC River Highlands is located between I-91 and the Connecticut River a few miles south of downtown Hartford. This PGA Tour owned and operated course is the home of the Travelers Championship on the tour. The course actually has a long history, opening as Middletown Golf Club in 1928 and later known as Edgewood Country Club. It was completely redesigned by Pete Dye in 1982 and overhauled yet again by designer Bobby Weed in 1989.
In addition to the 6,841-yard Championship caliber course, TPC at River Highlands has an 8,000 square foot clubhouse that has a classically Connecticut look-and-feel.
